Members at Napa Valley Country Club let the good times roll during a special Mardi Gras dinner featuring the culinary talents of visiting New Orleans executive chef Mark Quitney of 5 Fifty 5 Restaurant at the New Orleans Marriott. A special wine pairing was offered by Steve Reynolds of Reynolds Family Winery http://www.reynoldsfamilywinery.com/ In a nod to the dedicated vineyard workers, Reynolds started the evening with a shot of Tequila. As they say, Laissez Les Bon Temps Roulez!
